Refund Policy

Hort Data takes great care to provide up to date information within the data base and provides adequate facilities for the user to explore the data base before subscribing to the service, therefore Hort Data does not offer a refund on the subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your subscription at any point from your account management dashboard. This will cause your subscription to expire as of your next recorded renewal date and no further charges to be made. After this time, your access to Hort Data will revert to equivalent of an unregistered user.

Your privacy is important to you and to us. So, we’ll protect the information you share with us. To protect your privacy, Hort Data has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that choices for its intended use are honoured and follows principles in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection.

• Hort Data will use industry standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorised users.

The personal information we receive will only be used to create your login information and to contact you if there are any queries or upgrades.

Credit card transactions will be processed securely via eWay and no card details will be stored on HortData servers.

All subscriptions will automatically renew on their expiry date unless cancelled prior.

If you choose not to register or your subscription is cancelled, you may still access select limited functionality at Hort Data's discretion. Full functionality of the website is only available to registered users.
